    This website is operated by the Lawn Tennis Association (“LTA” “we” or “us”).

    In making an application to join the Crown Club you will be required to provide us with the following personal data: name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. If you choose to pay for your membership online we will also collect your bank or credit card details in order to process payment. If your application is accepted we will retain this information to contact you as a member of the Crown Club.
  3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION AND WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

    We use your personal information to manage your registration and membership of the Crown Club. We may share your personal data with LTA group companies for administrative purposes.

    We may employ the services of a third party to help us in certain areas, such as website hosting. In some cases the third party may receive your information. However, at all times, we will control and be responsible for the use of your information.

    We may use aggregated information for the purposes of tracking website usage of the web site and in order to help up improve our website and for research and analysis purposes. We may pass this information to third parties. The aggregate information and statistics will not, however, include details that can be used to identify you.

    Except as set out in this statement, we do not share, sell or transfer your information to anyone else.

    If you become a member of the Crown Club we may send you further information by post or e-mail that is related to your membership.

    From time to time we, our group companies, and selected third parties (such as our commercial partners) would like to send you marketing information, by post, e-mail, or SMS. We will only do this if you indicated that you are happy to receive such information when you submitted your details to us.
